Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Near the end of 2019, I made the life-changing decision to leave my brokerage of 12+ years, move to Compass and start a small team. I envisioned a group of equally qualified individuals, who come together for mutual benefit and the benefit of their customers. Through synergy and collaboration, we would improve our skills, support each other, and better serve our clients. Nicolle Mackey shared and embraced my vision, and along with our assistant Brittany, the Kim Hawley Group was born. Together we formed a bond with one another and our clients, and were honored to help more than 30 families to achieve their real estate goals in 2020.

We always knew we wanted one more Realtor  to join our ranks, but it took a year of searching to find just the right fit (we have high standards!). It was so worth the wait..We are proud and excited to announce that Ehab Ismail has joined our group. Ehab has integrated so seamlessly into our little work family, that it's hard to imagine how we got along without him.
